Digital Web Infocom offers website designing, development, and related services to clients in Delhi and beyond. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and any specific agreements made between Digital Web Infocom and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Digital Web Infocom are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their website requirements, including design preferences, content, and any other relevant details.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is determined based on the scope of work and any additional features requested by the client. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement between Digital Web Infocom and the client.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the website design and development, including but not limited to graphics, logos, and content, belong to Digital Web Infocom unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Client Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided to Digital Web Infocom for inclusion on the website, such as text, images, and multimedia files, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
6. Website Maintenance
Digital Web Infocom may offer website maintenance services to clients upon request. Terms and conditions for website maintenance will be outlined in a separate agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Web Infocom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Digital Web Infocom reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically for changes.
Payment related other conditions:
- In cases of re-activation of cancelled accounts, Rs. 7500 would be charged as administrative fee.
- If your account gets overdue by 10 days all technical support would be rescinded.
- If your account gets overdue by 15 days, your site and other services will be suspended.
- If your account gets overdue by 30 days, your sites and data would be deleted from all our systems.
- In case of credit card charge back and reverse of the transaction, your account will be terminated and all your websites, data, website, emails, details will be immediately deleted.
We will try our best to contact you, by all the possible means, yet it is your (client’s) responsibility to keep up accurate and updated details, like address, contact and billing information etc.
Regular updates of details : We use the contact details that are contemporarily available with us. In case, you fail to receive our notices due to changed contact address (which you have not updated with our records), we will not be responsible for the same. The responsibility to keep information current totally lies with the clients. We are not responsible for the action taken in consequence to the client’s failure to receive/respond to the notices sent by Digital Web Infocom.
General :
- Illegal Activities: Broadcasting, storage, or circulation of any information, data, or material in breach of any relevant law or guideline, or that might facilitate the breach of any particular law or regulation is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to assist with legal authorities or wounded party during investigation of any alleged crime.
- Injury or peril to other members: None of our client is allowed to use our services or products to destruct, or attempt to destruct, in whichever means, as well as not for pornography, or send out any material, by any mode (e-mail, uploading, redistribution or otherwise) that terrorize or promote physical injury or obliteration of belongings.
- Copyright or trademark contravention : Clients can not use any of our service products to broadcast any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that violates any copyright, patent, trademark, or trade surreptitious or other proprietary civil liberties of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unlawful copying of copyrighted material and digitization and circulation of images or photographs from any source like magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the illegal allowance of copyrighted software. Clients can not use services or products to assemble, or try to assemble, private information/details about third parties, devoid of their knowledge or written consent. Circulation and/or redistribution of copyrighted or the aforesaid intrusion will not be endured.
Digital Web Infocom – You Don’t Own This Either. The Domain Name appears in the address bar of the browser. It is the humanly memorable, identifiable part of the website URL that is indexed by search engines, displayed in most marketing, and remembered as part of the brand. Clients do not actually own a domain name even though they are a registered domain owner. They have a contract with the domain registrar giving them “ownership” of the domain much like a contract with a telephone company for a phone number. Domain name registration with a registrar does not confer any legal ownership of the domain name, only an exclusive right of use.

All the information provided by you, would be used in accordance with respective laws. The information or data provided by you shall not be shared with any external organization or for any other commercial usage without your written consent. For any kind of legal dispute related to Digital Web Infocom would be dealt in only territory of Delhi. All the legal issues are subjected only to pertinent contemporary’s laws in force at New Delhi to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi only.
